The rooms show wear and tear. the furniture seemed quite outdated. the bathroom looked small. Maneuvering around felt difficult. also, the staff seemed inexperienced. The service felt subpar.

the breakfast had various food options and tasted delicious. i liked the ice cacao. the room was very comfy and tidy. the pool was big and clean.
The check-in process was long. it required a deposit fee instead of just holding the credit card. i had to wait one week for the refund after checkout. golf cart service was necessary to move around the hotel. It meant calling for one every time.

A nice family experience
marine biology sessionengaging approachworn towels
My family and I had a nice experience here. The marine biology session with Nadia was a standout highlight. She was knowledgeable. Our child was completely captivated by her engaging approach. Mikey brought such warmth to the resort. He. Ti Ti also did a great job running the kids' club. Our child eagerly looked forward to the daily activities.
The beach is not directly connected to the hotel. A street separates them. I found the beach less clean than expected. The room floors became damp easily when I opened the room or balcony door. They needed wiping to prevent slipping. The towels looked worn, more so than I'd typically expect. Some were even frayed.

The gym is well-equipped and easily accessible. The resort features a great kids area with perfect staff. A large pool is available. It somewhat compensates for the beach being a short distance away.

The location is convenient to key attractions and shops. It also maintains a quiet atmosphere for restful sleep. Good transport is available to and from rooms. Buggy drivers are friendly and ready to assist.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It featured local dishes and international selections. Food was of a high standard. I especially enjoyed the fantastic buffet selection.
